Anxiety Disorders & Co-Occurring Conditions Track

This track provides structured, evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety and related conditions, including OCD, phobias, panic disorder, ADHD, ARFID, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), such as trichotillomania (hair pulling) and excoriation disorder (skin picking), tic disorders, hoarding disorder, and PANS/PANDAS.

Individual therapy typically includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety-related conditions, Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for BFRBs, and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) for tic disorders, as well as parent coaching when indicated. Treatment focuses on reducing symptoms, improving daily functioning, and building practical strategies that generalize across home, school, work, and social environments.

Behavioral Medicine & Complex Medical Conditions Track

This track provides individual therapy for individuals coping with chronic illness, medical conditions, and the impact of physical health on mental health and daily functioning. Conditions typically include, but are not limited to, POTS, IBS and other gastrointestinal disorders, enuresis, encopresis, endometriosis, PMOS, PMDD, migraines, chronic pain, Lyme disease, autoimmune conditions, functional neurological disorders (FND), neurodegenerative disorders, anemia, sleep disorders, perimenopause/menopause-related changes, and other complex medical presentations.

Treatment is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and, when appropriate, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and focuses on coping with symptoms, improving functioning, supporting medical care adherence, reducing distress and pain, and addressing the emotional impact of chronic and complex health conditions.

DBT Behavioral Disorders Program

The comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program is designed for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing mood disorders, emotion dysregulation, ADHD, and complex behavioral challenges.

The program includes individual therapy, group skills training, parent coaching (primarily for children and adolescents), and family therapy, with a strong emphasis on skills generalization across settings. Parent Management Training (PMT) is also utilized when appropriate for youth with complex behavioral disorders. Treatment focuses on building emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and behavioral stability to support improved functioning across home, school, and relationships.

Executive Functioning Skills Coaching

This track provides structured skills coaching for children, adolescents, college students, and adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. Individual sessions target difficulties with organization, time management, task initiation, planning, prioritization, and follow-through.

The focus is on improving academic, occupational, and daily functioning through practical strategies, sustainable routines, and external supports that build independence and long-term success.

Athlete Performance Coaching

This track supports athletes navigating performance anxiety, injury recovery, chronic medical conditions, burnout, and the psychological demands of training and competition.

Treatment integrates evidence-based psychological strategies with performance-focused skills training to support resilience, consistency, and optimal functioning in sport and recovery contexts.
